Curehub – AI-powered HIPAA compliant DNA Methylation Reporting

This project delivers a secure, end-to-end cloud solution for personalized health analysis based on DNA methylation data. It fully automates the processing of user-uploaded DNA files to generate highly accurate and actionable health reports, all while adhering strictly to HIPAA compliance standards.

Key Features & Workflow:

Secure User Onboarding & Payment:

The frontend, built on React, allows users to upload their raw DNA data files (supporting multiple formats). Financial transactions are handled securely via Stripe Integration.

HIPAA Compliant Backend:

The entire processing pipeline is architected using AWS Step Functions to orchestrate the workflow, with compute logic handled by AWS Lambda (Node.js) functions. This architecture ensures every step is traceable, scalable, and compliant. The core AI model is hosted within AWS GovCloud or a strictly configured HIPAA-eligible AWS environment to maintain data security.

Personalized Outcome:

Users receive a comprehensive, downloadable DNA Methylation Report. The report not only details disease sensitivities but also provides actionable, evidence-based recommendations on how to mitigate or avoid potential risks.

Developed a HIPAA compliant, AI-powered DNA Methylation Solution. It uses AWS Step Functions/Lambda and React to process user DNA via Stripe, scan for SNPs, gather Pubmed context, and generate personalized health reports using RAG for disease sensitivity and avoidance advice.
