This project features a modular, multi-agent automation ecosystem designed to handle the entire B2B lead lifecycle. By utilizing chained AI agents, the system autonomously discovers, enriches, and engages prospects across LinkedIn and Email, ensuring a personalized outreach strategy at a massive scale without the need for manual oversight.
Project Overview
Lead Discovery & Data Enrichment: The first module acts as a “Hunter” agent, identifying high-quality prospects and enriching their profiles with verified data. This ensures that every lead entering the pipeline is qualified and that their contact information is accurately synchronized with Google Sheets and GoHighLevel (GHL).
Intelligent Outreach Routing: The system features a smart decision-making engine that determines the most effective channel for engagement. Based on prospect behavior and context, the workflow automatically chooses between LinkedIn Connection Requests or professional Email outreach, optimizing for the highest response rates.
Autonomous Engagement & Response: Going beyond simple automation, the system uses AI agents to manage ongoing conversations. These agents analyze the context of incoming LinkedIn messages and email replies to craft and send relevant responses, maintaining a human-like dialogue until the lead is ready for a sales handover.
Workflow Orchestration: The entire ecosystem is built on n8n, providing a centralized command center for all five modules. This modular architecture allows for easy updates to specific agents without disrupting the overall lead generation flow, ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.
