This project delivers a bleeding-edge, voice-activated management system for GoHighLevel (GHL). It enables users to control their entire CRM ecosystem hands-free, transforming complex manual workflows into simple vocal commands. By bridging advanced AI voice models with automated orchestration, the solution drastically increases productivity for sales and account management teams.
Project Overview
Voice-First CRM Management: The system allows users to execute high-level CRM functions via natural language. By integrating Retell AI and GPT-4, the agent understands intent, such as “Make an outbound call to John Doe,” and automatically triggers the necessary background processes.
Automated Workflow Orchestration: The “brain” of the operation is powered by n8n, which serves as the central hub. It captures voice triggers via webhooks, processes the logic through an MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server, and interacts with the GoHighLevel API to execute commands in real-time.
Advanced AI Processing: Utilizing the ChatGPT/GPT-4 API, the system parses voice transcripts to extract entities like contact names, appointment times, and task details. This ensures high accuracy in data entry and command execution, even with varied phrasing.
Multimodal Capabilities: Beyond simple CRM updates, the agent can trigger specialized tools such as Maps Scrapers to collect lead data into CSVs or initiate automated SMS and email sequences, all through a single voice interface.
