DISCOVERY PHASE
Product
Discovery Phase
Let’s build together
The discovery phase
has two aims:
To gain deep insights into the client’s vision, target audience, and market landscape to ensure a well-aligned solution.
To establish a clear project roadmap by defining key features, technical feasibility, and success criteria.
The discovery phase (DP)
leads to the creation of:
Project Scope
& Roadmap
User Personas
& Journey Maps
Technical
Specifications
Wireframes
& Initial Prototypes
We believe well-defined and documented requirements are the foundation for a successful project delivery.
They ensure we are all aligned, minimizing miscommunication and reducing the risk of missing critical features during development.

Project Manager – Robustcraft
UX Designer – Robustcraft
Business Analyst – Robustcraft
Solution Architect – Robustcraft
Project
management
The discovery phase demands rapid, continuous, and transparent feedback from our clients, enabling our team to establish the optimal architecture for the solution.
We anticipate that our clients will allocate sufficient time to provide feedback.

Part 1 of the DP: Prototype creation
We work in sprints, with each sprint lasting 2 weeks.
Typically, the team requires up to 5 sprints to develop a prototype for a project.
The speed of prototyping will also depend on receiving timely feedback from you.
Design Sprints
We design, prototype, and test ideas with users to validate or invalidate new products, features, and services. This allows clients to see their ideas come to life and present them to users for rapid validation.
The goal is to demonstrate value quickly or identify potential failures early, saving time and resources that would otherwise be invested in a more extensive build.
Part 2 of the DP: Pitch Deck
Once the prototype is complete, we will assist you in creating a pitch deck to present your solution to investors.
Additionally, we offer technical team consultations if investors express interest in discussing the solution’s technical aspects.
Timelines and Estimation
We anticipate that this phase will take approximately 2 to 3 days.
